• Contact details (Email Address, Mobile Number).
• Stored billing and shipping addresses.
• Saved items, wishlists, and shopping cart history.

4. DATA RETENTION EXEMPTIONS

Please note that in compliance with applicable Indian financial and tax regulations, certain transaction records must be retained:

• Invoices & Order History: Records of financial transactions (orders, payments via Razorpay, tax invoices) must be kept for auditing and compliance purposes under tax laws.
• Anonymization: Once the deletion request is finalized, these order history files will be fully anonymized, removing all identifiable links back to your personal details.

5. PROCESS TIMELINE

• Acknowledgment: Your deletion request email will be acknowledged within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Verification: To protect your security, we may send a confirmation link or code to your registered email or mobile number to verify your identity.
• Completion: Once verified, the erasure process will be completed, and confirmation will be sent to you within 14–30 business days.
