- All silver articles are handcrafted, and as such, minor variations in weight, polish, and finishing are normal features of artisanal crafting.
- Purity guarantees and BIS hallmarking (where applicable) are certified and specified on the product details.
- Product images are for representation purposes; colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and photography.
4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice due to fluctuations in metal rates.
- Payments are processed securely via our RBI-compliant payment gateway (Razorpay).
5. ORDER LIMITS & VERIFICATION
- Orders are subject to availability and verification.
- We reserve the right to restrict order quantities, cancel high-risk or suspected fraudulent orders, or request additional verification before shipping.
- In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (logos, branding, custom silver designs, product images, text, and graphics) is the exclusive property of Silver Gifting Shop and protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana – India.
SECTION 2: SHIPPING POLICY
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Standard orders are processed and packed within 2–3 business days.
- Custom-made or bespoke silver articles require extended time as specified during the design consultation.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.
- Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Locations: 4–7 business days.
- Secure Shipping: All silver shipments are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping is provided on all orders above ₹5000.
- Shipping charges for orders below ₹5000 will be dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. SECURE DELIVERY & UNBOXING
Due to the high value of silver articles, you agree to:
- Inspect the tamper-proof packaging upon delivery. Refuse package if damaged or opened.
- Important: Recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim insurance/refunds for damages or missing items during transit.
SECTION 3: RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. ELIGIBILITY
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in damaged condition (requires unboxing video proof).
- Manufacturing defect.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. RETURN PROCESS

3. REFUND TIMELINE
- Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
No refund/return will be provided for:
- Products showing signs of use, scratches, or altered structures.
- Bespoke/Customized silver orders (unless damaged in transit).
- Normal tarnishing of silver (tarnishing is a natural chemical process of silver and is not a defect).
